At NATO Strap Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new watch strap doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Strap

  Place the unworn strap in its original packaging to ensure it is protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement strap within 3-5 business days.
